Beyond Slovenia prices quoted in our brochure and on our website INCLUDE all local taxes and often meals such as breakfast and/or halfboard (breakfast and dinner). If you book direct on the Internet, you cannot avoid these extra costs which will be added to your bill and payable direct on departure.

Beware of credit card fraud by putting your card details on the Internet. By pre-paying for your arrangements with Beyond Slovenia, you have peace of mind and you can relax on your holiday knowing that you have paid for your arrangements in Australian dollars and nobody can misuse your private information for their own purposes.

Your travel insurance does NOT cover you for bookings made on the Internet.

This means that if you arrive and the hotel staff have no record of your booking even though your credit card has been debitted for the charge or if the hotel is under construction or renovation or, God forbid, burnt down – you cannot make a claim on your travel insurance. Travel insurance ONLY covers you if you have made your booking through a licensed Australian travel agent.

If you have a problem while you are away you will have immediate recourse to the local operator and Beyond Slovenia staff who are just an email or a phone call away. Without this backup, you are totally on your own.
